Marine André Cotty

Marine is an associate within the Real Estate – Construction department.

She advises more broadly in the following areas:

Real estate law (preliminary sale agreements and conveyancing, easements, boundary disputes); Property management (commercial leases, civil leases, co-ownership matters, freehold owners’ associations); Construction law (construction contracts, defects and claims, ten-year liability insurance, construction all-risk insurance, abnormal neighborhood disturbances, structuring of real estate development projects, soil pollution).

Marine advises a diverse client base, including institutional investors, property developers, contractors, and private individuals, providing both advisory and litigation support.
